Seeing what's ahead. Building what's needed.
Dedicated to building healthy organizations, better leaders, and thriving humans.

Every organization is shaped by the leaders inside it. How they show up, what they see, who they listen to. When leadership works, people thrive and the business follows. When it doesn't, everyone feels it.
I came to this early. Grew up watching corporate leadership up close. Saw what it does to people when it works. Saw what it costs when it doesn't. My mentor was a Holocaust survivor. She taught me how high the stakes of leadership really are. At sixteen I started coaching. At nineteen I put it on paper. A career purpose built around conscious leaders, healthy organizations, thriving humans. That kid had guts and a dream. Both still alive.
Two decades testing the same question from every angle. Co-founded a leadership development company. Our curriculum landed at Harvard, Stanford, Berkeley, Darden, and Michigan. Built two seven-figure consulting practices from the ground up. Consulted to Google, NASA, and Shell. Then went internal at Meta and Splunk to see it from the inside. Not just coaching anymore. Business strategy alongside C-suite teams. The kind of rooms where who's at the table determines what gets built.
At Meta, working with the AI research team, the question got bigger. AI is the most powerful lever in a generation on who gets to lead, who gets heard, and whose perspective shapes what we build. The same question I've been working on for twenty years. Exponentially higher stakes.
The risk is that a narrow group gets fluent and a narrow group shapes what comes next. More people need to understand what AI can do, what it can't, and what it shouldn't. Not hype. Not fear. Honest fluency, widely shared.
So now I build. PhD research on human-AI collaboration, gender equity, and performance management. Seventy-plus AI assistants, agents, and workflows built and in use. Research pipelines processing thousands of academic papers. An HR platform running real workflows. Not prototypes. Not decks. Working systems.
Fifteen thousand hours of coaching. Thousands of leaders. Hundreds of teams. And my favorite place is still 5am, coffee, and a Claude Code session with a problem worth solving.
